Sustainability

Gel Dynamics is committed to sustainability by substantially reducing tire waste, improving fuel efficiency, and reducing CO₂ and harmful diffuse emissions. The use of our proprietary balancing technology will help preserve natural resources, including rubber, oil, water, steel and energy.
Our AFC technology directly contributes to lower carbon emissions, aligning with global efforts toward greener transportation solutions.
How AFC Differs from Other Methods
Our solution is fundamentally different from anything on the market. Rather than relying on centrifugal forces like all other non-static weight balancing media, our solution actively responds to the various complex forces acting on the wheel. The gel's ability to migrate and adapt asymmetrically ensures minimal vibrations and optimal balancing. Other products bounce around and, at best, will only reduce the mass imbalance or "heavy spot," similar to traditional static metal weights. However, when the vehicle is stopped, the media (oil+bearings, sand, powders, etc.) fall to the bottom. It must then be redistributed and can, in any case, only relocate to the opposite of the heavy spot, which is only part of the problem.
Only our patented technology is validated by OEMs in various applications, including automotive and train wheels, washing machines, helicopter rotors, cardan driveshafts, and more. Adaptive Force Compensation is proven to substantially reduce vibrations, ensuring precise and consistent balancing, resulting in substantially longer tire life of up to 60%.
